We paddled down Spring Garden Creek and towards Lake Woodruff through Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge. We saw a number of fair-sized gators and a multitude of birds. The most common birds today were coots, a funny-looking white-faced duck. There were thousands of them.

Paddle: De Leon Springs SP and PANCAKES!
De Leon Springs State Park has a lot going for it. It is a pretty good paddling destination, but the Old Spanish Sugar Mill
